WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship our items and garments to you directly from our distribution centre based in Bolingbrook, IL., USA.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Fedex ground and express shipping is available to you.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

If you are part of our rewards and loyalty program through your VIP account, you may have free shipping available to you with no minimum order requirement, depending on which VIP tier you are currently on.

You can search and learn about our rewards and loyalty program by clicking on the rewards-icon located on the lower left hand side of your screen.

Otherwise, there is another option for free shipping depending on your order size. Currently, we are offering FREE shipping within US when your order is over $150 (before taxes).

Ground Orders $0 - $149.99: $8.99

Ground Orders $150+ : FREE Shipping

Express Orders $0 - $149.99: $25.00

Express Orders $150+ : $25.00

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FOR DELIVERY TIMES?

Ground (5-8 business days)

Express (1-2 business days)

If you choose Ground Shipping as your option at checkout, your item should arrive within 5 - 8 business days.
If you choose Express Shipping as your option at checkout, your item should arrive within 1 - 2 business days.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT IS SHIPPED?

Orders are shipped via FedEx. Once your order has shipped and we've received your tracking number, you will receive an email confirmation with the Fedex tracking number. You will be redirected to the tracking site once you click the link in your confirmation email.

Please note:

Once you receive your tracking number, it may take up to 24 hours until you see your package on the move and making its way to your door via tracking details.

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES OR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?

You will not be charged any duty fees or additional fees. All packages are cleared prior to being delivered to you. Which means you will not be invoiced for duties or customs fees.
